After emailing the company for the rights to film this music video I have managed to get access for the song so that I can use it in my media work. This has helped me learn how to be independent when looking for things to do in the media industry. This will give me experience for later on in a media career as this email has helped me learn how to structure professional emails and how to get in contact with mainstream companies to ask for their permission on their clips, something that is extremely important in the media business to avoid copyright.
